Advisor Process
Step 1: Register
Fill out the Travel Advisor Registration Form, and you’ll be given an exclusive code for your bookings with Boutique.
Step 2: Make Your Booking
Submit a request for your client using your Boutique account, provide their details, and book their stay!
Step 3: Get Paid!
Payment will automatically be sent to you once the trip has entered the non-refundable travel window.

Advisors earn 5% commission on every booking, but if you book a trip that has a total accommodation value of $10,000 or more (not including taxes and fees), you can earn a higher rate of 10%.
Advisor Benefits
Shared Fees
We will share the fees we earn from our guests with you as follows:
50% of our guest fees (equivalent to 5% commission) for any booking below $10k.
100% of our guest fees (equivalent to 10% commission) for any bookings above $10k.
Concierge & Event Bookings
BH can create a full white-label itinerary for your clients, including experiences (tours, activities and spa treatments) and additional services (private chef, grocery deliveries, transfers, etc.), with complete package pricing shown to your clients at your discretion (allowing you to earn much higher margins).
We can help you secure event venues (for MICE, retreats, weddings, photoshoots, etc).

All properties on site are subject to a multiple stage application process. We vet every property and try to ensure all our home owners align with our values and each home is truly worthy of being featured. Once published on the site, we continue to monitor the property reviews and updates to ensure it continues to uphold our high standards. We have a number of exclusive properties—featured only with Boutique—and are continuing to increase this coveted collection.

Advisors earn a commission on every booking through Boutique! Commission is based on the total nightly rate, excluding tax and cleaning, and starts at 5%. For bookings where the accommodation total exceeds $10,000, the commission increases to 10%.

There is no minimum stay required to earn a commission. Individual properties have minimum night stay requirements, so check the listing for details or reach out to our support team at Advisors@Boutique-Homes.com.

Our payment terms vary depending on the property booked and the host’s selected cancellation policy, which will be displayed at check out. These vary from flexible to strict, and you can find a full breakdown of them here.

Hosts may opt to have a security deposit on their listing, due either at booking, or prior to arrival. Each listing will have it displayed clearly, and, in the event the host asks for payment directly, you or the guest will need to arrange it with them. For our partners, we can generally place a 48-hour hold on the home while you finalize the booking with your clients.

We can build a dedicated landing page that can be either integrated into your website or redirected to us as a lookbook for your clients.

Many of our hosts greet guests on arrival but, especially in a post-Covid environment, many offer this on request. We know guests’ preferences can vary on this as well, so if you’re looking for a personalized check-in, let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Prior to the guest’s departure we’ll reach out to wish them a wonderful holiday and ensure they have all that they need for a smooth trip. After, we’ll ask them to share their thoughts with a review.
